This is a quick, healthy, and tasty mixed berry smoothie recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Banana, half banana

     

     

  • 1/3 cup Blueberries

  • 1/3 cup Strawberries

  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp Flax seeds, can replace with chia seeds

  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence

  • 1 cup Almond milk

  • 1 tbsp honey, optional

How to make Berry Smoothie

  • Blend banana, blueberries, strawberries, peanut butter, flax seeds, vanilla essence together in a blender until smooth.

  • Add Almond milk and mix again.

  • If desired, add honey according to your taste.
