Making these oatmeal pancakes in the blender is really simple! Try these healthy oats pancakes in your breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 banana

  • 1/8 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries

  • 1 tbsp honey

How to make pancakes

  • In a blender, add oats and make a fine powder.

  • Add eggs, banana and baking powder in to the same blender and mix until well combined.

  • In order to prevent the batter from blending together, put only a few batter mounds at a time to a hot, buttered pan.

  • Turn them over after cooking for about 2 minutes, or until tiny bubbles appear on the top.

  • Cook for 1-2 minutes on the second side, or until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining pancake batter.

  • Serve heated pancakes with Blueberry-honey syrup. In a separate pan, add blueberries and honey and bring it to boil. Your blueberry-honey topping is ready. Enjoy!
