Ingredients
1/2 cups oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tsp mango extract, can replace with vanilla extract
1/4 cup greek yogurt, mango flavor preferred if you do not have mango extract
1/2 cup diced mango
1 tbsp mixed nuts for topping
How to make Overnight mango oats
Add oats, chia seeds, and shredded coconut to a glass container. Stir to combine.
In a blender, blend skim milk, yogurt and mango/vanilla extract.
Pour half of wet mixture over the dry ingredients, then thoroughly mix.
Add a layer of chia seeds before adding other half of wet mixture. Place the container in the refrigerator overnight with the cover on.
Next morning, Serve with a layer of fresh diced mango and mixed nuts on top. Enjoy!
