This Coriander Mint Chutney is prepared with fresh ginger, lemon, coriander, mint, and green chilies along with a small amount of sugar. It pairs well with chaats, sandwiches and other indian dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coriander leaves

  • 1 cup mint leaves

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 2 medium sized green chillies

  • 1 tsp sugar/jaggery

  • 1 freshly squished lemon juice

  • Salt to taste

  • Water as required, roughly 1/4 cup

Directions

  • In order to commence preparing the Coriander Mint Chutney Recipe, blend together the coriander, mint, ginger, green chilies, sugar, lemon juice, and salt to taste until a smooth paste is achieved using a blender. To thoroughly blend the chutney, add very little water.

  • Serve the Coriander Mint Chutney after transferring it to a bowl.
