Ingredients
1 cup coriander leaves
1 cup mint leaves
1 inch ginger
2 medium sized green chillies
1 tsp sugar/jaggery
1 freshly squished lemon juice
Salt to taste
Water as required, roughly 1/4 cup
Directions
In order to commence preparing the Coriander Mint Chutney Recipe, blend together the coriander, mint, ginger, green chilies, sugar, lemon juice, and salt to taste until a smooth paste is achieved using a blender. To thoroughly blend the chutney, add very little water.
Serve the Coriander Mint Chutney after transferring it to a bowl.
