Ingredients
2 eggs
1 banana
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup Blueberries
1 tbsp honey
How to make pancakes
In a blender, add oats and make a fine powder.
Add eggs, banana and baking powder in to the same blender and mix until well combined.
In order to prevent the batter from blending together, put only a few batter mounds at a time to a hot, buttered pan.
Turn them over after cooking for about 2 minutes, or until tiny bubbles appear on the top.
Cook for 1-2 minutes on the second side, or until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining pancake batter.
Serve heated pancakes with Blueberry-honey syrup. In a separate pan, add blueberries and honey and bring it to boil. Your blueberry-honey topping is ready. Enjoy!
