Ingredients
1/2 cup Banana, half banana
1/3 cup Blueberries
1/3 cup Strawberries
1 tbsp Peanut butter
1 tbsp Flax seeds, can replace with chia seeds
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 cup Almond milk
1 tbsp honey, optional
How to make Berry Smoothie
Blend banana, blueberries, strawberries, peanut butter, flax seeds, vanilla essence together in a blender until smooth.
Add Almond milk and mix again.
If desired, add honey according to your taste.
